The 9/11 Memorial Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. All proceeds from your purchase directly support the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and its mission to honor and remember.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and that the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item along with a copy of your packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method, which typically appears within 7-10 business days.
